"I have many fond memories of playing on the British Junior Golf Tour. The events gave me target to prepare for and provided a great level of competition.
The tour is a great platform for juniors to compete against one another in a competitive, yet relaxed environment. There is also versatility in the style of golf courses where the BJGT events are held, which is really important. Learning to compete, play and understand different styles of golf course is key for all young aspiring golfers.
I would highly recommend the BJGT to all junior golfers!"

Great junior tour
We stumbled across this tour whilst searching for a junior open near us in Essex. So we entered at the end of the season in 2017 and honestly we haven’t looked back. Amazing organization and communication, Steve and Neil are Super encouraging for our 6 year old Sully. He has improved massively, more than lessons and playing with dad on a Sunday. He learns new things each week, it’s setting juniors up for such a bright future even if it teaches them how to behave, be polite, have good sportsmanship by constantly meeting new people. Dealing with nerves, bad shots and of course that feeling of a good round and it being recognized also by lovely trophies and super photos, which I love the most. We have met the loveliest group of friends. Sully has so much fun in an individual competitive sport and gets to play on beautiful courses – that’s a win win for us. Keep up the good work, we think you are stuck with us guys. Only one improvement: a golf crèche for my 2-year old so I can watch each week too, just kidding, thanks

The events were well run, all staff friendly from registration through to presentation, great communication leading up to each event, live scoring for parents who are in the club house, photographer on the course catching memorable moments, prompt website result updates, monthly online magazine, a meal included in with the entry fee and prizes.
