The British Junior Golf Tour is delighted to launch the European Open. This is a new three-day international junior golf event taking place at Le Touquet Golf Resort and attracting up to 200 of the best juniors from around Europe, and the rest of the world.

WAGR points are on offer for the 14-15 and 16-18 divisions.

The European Open is a strokeplay tournament, gross scoring only.

In the unique natural setting of the prestigious Côte d’Opale destination on the seaside resort of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, Le Touquet Golf Resort is a fabulous destination for golf enthusiasts located just a 2.5-hour drive from Paris, London and Brussels, and 45 minutes from Calais.

Ranked in the Top 100 of the best golf courses in Continental Europe and 20th golf resort in Europe, there are three fantastic courses to enjoy: La Mer, voted the first Links of France, La Forêt and Le Manoir.

Due to the Paris Olympics starting on 26 July 2024, we recommend that you make your travel and accommodation arrangements well in advance of the tournament!

We strongly recommend that all players purchase golf and/or travel insurance to cover entry fees, accommodation and travel.

4-night B&B package, Sunday 28th July to Thursday 1st August

Prices from €800 (classic twin/double) to €1840 (deluxe suite), depending on type and number of occupants

Extras: €160 per child for extra bed in parents’ room (NB: very limited number of extra beds)

City tax: €2.30 per adult, per night

For large groups: separate bungalow/villa in hotel grounds, sleeping up to 8 people – €3200

Additional nights B&B: Saturday 27th July – €320 (classic twin/double); Thursday 1st August – €230 (classic twin/double)

Due to the boutique nature of the hotel, there is a very limited number of extra beds or interconnecting rooms, so families with older children (13+) have the option to book two rooms next to each other for teenagers (two boys or two girls) to share, with their parents’ consent.

The hotel has been exclusively reserved for the use of families attending the European Open, but all bookings must be made and paid for by 15 April 2024.
