Open to players who are aged between 9 and 15 on Sunday 15th July 2018
The BP3 have made some exciting changes to junior qualification for the 2018 Championship.
There will now be an extra day during the main BP3 Championship week, Monday will be the juniors day, 18 juniors will get the opportunity to play alongside top professionals, such as Tony Jacklin or Mark Mouland in ‘Monday Qualifying’.
Played over 9 holes at Nailcote Hall, teams of 3 (2 juniors, 1 pro) will play for team and individual prizes with the lowest individual gross score winning a place in the main Pro-Am event on the Wednesday and Thursday.
Our British Junior Par 3 Championship will now be an official qualifier for ‘Monday Qualifying’ at the Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship!
We have been allocated 8 places, therefore, the Top 2 in 9-10 and 11-12 age groups will progress, along with the Top 4 of the 13-15 Division.
This will obviously give more juniors the opportunities to play and experience tournament week at the British Par 3 Championship.
Nailcote Hall is a superb venue, nominated in the World’s Best Par 3 category 2017 by the World Golf Awards, and with an amazing opportunity to win a ‘money can’t buy’ top prize, this is sure to be a popular event!
